SPECTRA -- The program for computation and simulation of the spectral properties of a substance in a wide band of frequencies.

The software product SPECTRA is intended for computation and simulation of the multifrequency dielectric spectra of dispersion and absorption of a substance in condensed state in function of frequency (wavelength) on the basis of a pooling of the experimental data with use of minimum of the characteristic parameters for a broad spectrum range, involving industrial frequencies, radioengineering spectrum, microwave band, submillimetric, infrared, visible and ultraviolet sites of the optical spectrum, up to gamma-range. The program comes as a unit with a completed electronic Data Base of the characteristic spectra of the substances, which are most widely used in electronics and optics and other fields of a science and techniques (silicon, gallium arsenide, germanium, selenium, sapphire and ruby, water, laser crystals and other semiconductors and dielectrics).
